Refund Policy ~ For Holistic Yoga Therapy Institute Events & Immersions Please note that refunds are not available unless an event is canceled or moved to a different region than originally planned, in which case a full refund would be provided. To explain, a minimum number of participants are required in order to hold any immersion. Once we feel confident that this number will be met, we move forward with the administrative process of reserving a facility to hold the immersion and often times reserving a non-refundable plane ticket for instructors from out of town. As such, we rely on all registrations to assure that all costs are met and that minimum pay for the instructor is also met. In rare cases, and only in cases in which we have first met the minimum required to hold an immersion, we may allow a transfer of payment to another immersion. However, a fee of $50 will be charged to transfer any payments approved to another immersion. Again, please note that ANY transfers must first be approved and we are under no obligation to allow these transfers. Should you first receive approval for a transfer here is the link to pay the transfer fee of $50. |
